In Philip K Dick's 'Valis' the Christ figure in the story is described as a Plasmate being. I've also heard that 99% of the known physical universe is composed of plasma. When I went to school they didn't tell us about plasma, the 3 states of matter were gas, liquid and solid. They still do that, imagine, 99% of the known universe not included in the curriculum.
